Ⅰ. Acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms
1. Elite Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pet Family") provides Pet Family (https://jtsaiPet Family.cyberbiz.co/zh-TW ) services by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By completing the Pet Family membership registration process or starting to use the service, you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all of the terms of service, and fully accept the existing and future derivative services and content of the service. Pet Family reserves the right to modify or change the terms of service at any time. The revised terms of service will be published on the website. Pet Family will not notify the members individually, and it is recommended that members pay attention to such changes. Members who continue to use the Service after any modification or change shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept such modification or change. If you do not agree to the modification or update of the above terms of service or do not accept any other terms of service, the member shall immediately stop using the service.
2. If the member is a minor under the age of 20, he or she must read, understand, and agree to all the contents of this Agreement and subsequent amendments before registering as a member, using or continuing to use the Service. When a member uses or continues to use Pet Family, it is presumed that the parent (or guardian) of the member has read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement and subsequent amendments.
3. Members and Pet Family agree to use electronic documents as a means of expressing their intention to use all the contents of the service.
4. To ensure the protection of members' personal data, privacy, and consumer rights, we will use members' data in the process of using Pet Family services and transactions. We would like to inform you of the following by Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act:
Purpose of Collection:
The purpose of the collection is to conduct marketing business, consumer, customer management and services, online shopping, and other e-commerce services and surveys, statistics, and research analysis (Statutory Specific Purpose Numbers O4O, O9O, 148, 157). Pet Family collects personal information through membership, transactions, and access to and use of websites, apps, or software.
Types of Personal Data Collected:
Personal information collected by Pet Family on their websites and apps includes:
(1) C001 Personal Identifier: such as member's name, address, telephone number, e-mail, and other information.
(2) C002 Identifying financiers: such as credit card or financial institution account information.
(3) C011 Personal Description: For example, gender, date of birth, etc.
(4) Other Pet Family systems automatically collect information due to members' login and use of websites, apps, or reading software.
Period of use, region, target, and method:
(1) Period: Until the date on which the member party requests the suspension of use or Pet Family service.
(2) Region: Member's personal information will be used in Taiwan.
(3) How to use it: In addition to the functions of Pet Family membership management and customer management search, membership data collection will also be used for identification, gold flow service, logistics service, marketing publicity, etc. Examples are as follows:
a. Membership information is automatically displayed on the page when using Pet Family's services as a member.
b. For successful transaction: when a member makes a reservation, sub-bidding, purchase, participates in a prize, etc., or engages in other transactions, the distribution of goods, services, price payment, reply to customer inquiries.
c. Advertising or marketing: providing information on various e-magazines, e-mail, telephone, etc. Personalize the content or advertisements viewed by members according to the customer's personal attributes or purchase history, Pet Family website browsing history, analysis of membership services, development of new services, or improvement of existing services. Contact members for opinions on polls, events, message boards, or other service-related matters.
d. Responding to inquiries from customers: Responding to inquiries made by members of Pet Family via email, mail, fax, telephone, or any other direct or indirect contact.
e. Other business incidental matters: attached to the above a to d. It is necessary to provide Pet Family services for use.
f. Pet Family may provide members' personal information to the Service Provider, and the Service Provider is responsible for managing the personal information of the Member when the Member makes an appointment, sub-bid, purchase, or participate in a prize-giving event or other transaction. Pet Family will give the service provider the obligation to process personal data by the principle of protecting the privacy of the member, but there is no guarantee that the service provider will comply. For more information, please contact your respective service providers.
g. Other: Personal data may also be used for purposes other than those specified above when providing individual services. A summary of the individual services will be posted on the website at this time.
Members' rights to personal data:
The parties to the personal data collected by Pet Family may exercise the following rights with Pet Family under the Personal Data Protection Act:
(1) Inquire or request access.
(2) Request for reproduction.
(3) Request for supplementation or correction.
(4) Request to cease collection, processing, or utilization.
(5) Request for deletion.
Members who wish to exercise the above rights may contact Pet Family customer service to apply.
Please note that if you refuse to provide the necessary information to join the membership, you may not be able to enjoy the full service or use the service at all.
Ⅱ. Obligation to Register as a Member
To use this service, members agree to the following:
Follow the prompts in the service registration form to provide the member with correct and up-to-date information, and may not be registered as a member in the name of a third party. Each member can only register for one account, and cannot register repeatedly.
Maintain and update members' personal information immediately to ensure its correctness to obtain the best service.
Pet Family reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and to refuse to use all or part of the Service if you provide any incorrect or untrue information, or provide any necessary information as directed.
Ⅲ. Pet Family Privacy Policy
Membership registration and other specific information are protected and regulated by Pet Family's Privacy Policy.
Ⅳ. Member Account, Password, and Security
1. After completing the registration process for this service, the member will obtain a specific password and member account number, and it is the member's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password and account number. If you enter your account and password by the regulations, you will assume full responsibility for all activities using the password and account, regardless of whether you enter it yourself or not.
2. Members agree to the following matters:
If a member's password or account is stolen or any other security issues occur, the member will immediately notify the Pet Family.
Each time the connection is completed, the member's account is terminated.
Member's account number, password, and member's rights and interests are only for the use and enjoyment of individual members, and cannot be transferred, transferred or shared with others.
Pet Family will not be responsible for any damage caused by theft, improper use of the account or password, or other circumstances in which Pet Family is unable to determine whether it is my use.
Pet Family will immediately suspend the use of the account (including the processing of transactions generated by the account) if it is aware that the password of the member is indeed used by someone else.
Members are required to change their passwords regularly.
Members should install protective software on their own computer equipment or mobile devices.
Ⅴ. Protection of Children and Adolescents
Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied throughout the use of the Service, and teenagers over the age of 12 should also give their consent before using the Service.
Ⅵ. Obligations and Commitments of Users
Members undertake not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices in the use of the Internet. Members who are users outside the Republic of China agree to abide by the laws of their country or region. Members agree and promise not to use the Service to violate the rights and interests of others or engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Publish or transmit any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, untrue, contrary to public order or good customs or other unlawful text, images or files of any kind;
Infringement or defamation of the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patents, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of the Pet Family or others
Breach of confidentiality obligations under law or contract
Use of the Service in the name of another person
Transmission or distribution of computer viruses
Engage in commercial activities without prior authorization from Pet Family
Publish, transmit, send spam, chain letters, illegal or multi-level pyramid schemes and advertisements without Pet Family permission; or store any information that violates the intellectual property rights of others or violates laws.
Disturbing, displeasing, or offensive to other users or third parties of the Service;
Other acts inconsistent with the purpose of use provided by the Service or acts deemed inappropriate by Pet Family with reasonable grounds
Ⅶ. Changes to the Contents of the Service E-Newsletters and EDM Transmission
1. Members agree to the scope of this service provided by Pet Family, Pet Family may add, change, or terminate the items or contents of the service according to business needs and actual circumstances, without individual notification to members.
2. Members agree that Pet Family should add, modify, or terminate related activities according to the actual implementation situation, and choose the most appropriate way to inform the members.
3. Members agree that Pet Family may send newsletters or EDMs to the e-mail account registered by the member from time to time. Pet Family will stop sending marketing messages when members receive a message and refuse to accept marketing.
Ⅷ.Discontinuance of Services
Pet Family will maintain the normal operation of the system and services by generally reasonable techniques and methods. However, Pet Family has the right to stop and interrupt the provision of the service in the following cases:
1. Pet Family website electronic communication equipment for necessary maintenance and construction
2. In the event of a sudden failure of electronic communication equipment
3. If the electronic communication service requested by the Pet Family website is stopped and the service is not available,
4. When the Pet Family website is unable to provide services due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or other factors that cannot be attributed to Pet Family
Ⅸ. Transactions
1. When members use this service for transactions, they should follow the number of confirmed products and the price mechanism provided by Pet Family.
2. When members agree to use the service to order products, Pet Family still reserves the right not to accept orders or cancel shipments until Pet Family notifies the confirmation transaction is established. When a member sends an order notification to Pet Family, the system will automatically send an acceptance notification, but this notification is not an order confirmation notification, and Pet Family will be notified separately about the establishment of the transaction. Pet Family may refuse the order within two working days if the transaction terms (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, pictures, etc.) are incorrect due to the subject matter of the order.
3. If the member arbitrarily returns, cancels the order, or if there is any behavior that Pet Family deems inappropriate and causes trouble or damage to Pet Family's work, Pet Family will refuse the transaction, suspend the cancellation of 7-Eleven, or cancel the membership permanently. Pet Family will notify you by e-mail (mainly by phone, mail, fax, etc.) if the product is not available due to the nature of the transaction
4. When members use this service for transactions, they may exercise their rights by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of doubt about the Terms of Service due to the transaction of the member, it shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
Ⅹ.Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
1. The functions provided by this service are provided according to the current status of the function, and Pet Family does not bear any express or implied warranty on its effectiveness, speed, integrity, reliability, safety, correctness, etc.
2. Pet Family does not guarantee that the e-mail or content transmitted by the website, server, domain, etc. of the Service will not contain computer viruses or other harmful substances; nor does it guarantee that the transmission of e-mail, files, or data will not be disconnected.
XI. Protection of Intelligent Property Rights
1. All software or programs used by Pet Family, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, materials, website structure, website screen arrangement, and web design are owned by Pet Family or other owners of its intellectual property rights. No one may directly use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, repost, distribute, distribute, publicly publish, perform restoration works, or reverse translation. If the member wishes to quote or reprint the above software, programs, or website content, he or she must obtain the prior written consent of Pet Family or other owners of the Pet Family according to law. Respect for intellectual property rights is a member's obligation. In case of violation, the member shall be liable for damages to Pet Family (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney's fees).
2. By the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others, the members agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when using Pet Family services.
3. If the member has infringement feelings, Pet Family can suspend all or part of the service or cancel the member's account.

Ⅻ. Member's Authorization for Pet Family
For the information uploaded, transmitted, entered, or provided by the members, the members agree that the Pet Family website may collect, process, maintain, transmit, and use such information to the extent reasonable. If the member does not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, repost, distribute, distribute, publicly publish, and transfer the above rights to a third party. Once uploaded, transmitted, entered, or provided to Pet Family, the member shall be deemed to have allowed Pet Family unconditional use, modification, reproduction, public broadcasting, conversion, distribution, and publication of such information. ⅩⅣ. Deny or Terminate the Use of Members
You agree that Pet Family may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the Service (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, but not limited to, lack of use or violation of the express terms and spirit of the Service. In addition, the Member agrees that Pet Family shall not be liable to the Member or any third party if the use of the Service (or any part thereof) is terminated.
ⅩⅤ.Governing Law and Jurisdictional Courts
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service and disputes arising from transactions between members and Pet Family shall be handled by the laws of the Republic of China.
